Nell Blane is co-director of The Jen* Group, trainer, facilitator and self-confessed work-in-progress.
For more than 30 years she worked in health, wellbeing and community settings, supporting people to navigate change, complexity and challenge. Her work focuses on curoisty, connection and the everyday practice of being human. Nell believes that values matter most when they are difficult to live, and that growing humanity starts with learning to understand ourselves and each other a little better.
*Jen is a Confucian conecpt meaning humanity in action: treating others, and ourselves, with compassion, dignity and respect.
